“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”
It is with immense pleasure that I extend to you a warm welcome to Kindle Kids International School (KKIS) following Cambridge Curriculum as the new Head of School / Principal.
KKIS prides itself as a value-driven community where students feel happy and safe. They are in a school where we build people that care, where we are united in purpose, where everyone matters, where everyone succeeds in their own way, and no one is left behind. We are a learning organisation where we create an environment that enhances academic achievements by instilling values, which guide the daily lives of our students.
We place a strong focus on design thinking and problem solving through experiential learning in whatever we do within and outside of the classroom. Students have daily opportunities to explore innovative solutions to complex challenges. Through appreciative inquiry, we acknowledge the good in everyone we meet and everything we see.
The size and structure of our school allows each student to be treated as a unique individual. We carefully recruit staff who demonstrate a genuine passion and imagination for learning, who can inspire, engage, and challenge each student. The staff at KKIS take their role as mentors very seriously. They seek to guide and mentor students as they begin to take responsibility for their own decisions, determine their own attitudes and form their own opinions as to what life is all about. Assistance is provided to students to achieve academically and grow physically, socially, and spiritually in a happy, secure environment.
I am very excited and keen to bring my skills as an Educational Leader having experience in working more than 8 countries (USA, London, France, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Scotland) to ensure your child’s success. With a blend of experience working in corporate as well as educational sector in leadership position I hope to bridge the gap between theory and practice and make our students more industry ready through their skill enhancement. Along with the teachers and staff we would work to build a strong relationship with parents, students, and community partners.
We will focus on character education initiatives, core skills, and to provide consistent implementation of the curriculum in a meticulous way so that we can continue to do overall development of the students.
Now, let me thank you all for your support and understanding as we, as a nation and community, responded well to the unexpected assault of COVID-19 for last 2 years… As the Head of School / Principal of the school, it is imperative to me to think about the safety of all those associated with the noble job of educating our future generation, and I am always committed to my duty and responsibility. My door is always open, and I welcome your input.
KKIS has commitment to inculcate in each and every student excellence in thoughts, words, and actions in order to make them good human beings. This will help us to groom the youth of our country and make them the leaders of 21st century. To enable our students to realise their full potential in a multicultural, caring, and positive learning environment, we endeavour to develop responsible, globally conscious citizens. We support all our students to develop their skills as lifelong learners with a strong sense of self-worth.

At Kindle Kids International School, our focus is on creating a learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow. We believe that meaningful education is built on strong relationships, clear purpose, and a deep respect for how children learn and develop.
A strong sense of partnership lies at the heart of our school community. We value open communication and collaboration with parents, recognising that children thrive when school and home work together in a spirit of trust and shared responsibility. When children feel supported by the adults around them, they develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
Delivering this vision is a shared responsibility, led by our teachers. Our teachers play a central role in guiding and supporting each child’s learning journey and are trained to implement the Cambridge framework with professional expertise, flexibility, and a strong understanding of how young children learn. Assessment is used purposefully to support progress, identify individual learning needs, and inform teaching, rather than simply measure outcomes, allowing us to respond thoughtfully to each child at an appropriate pace.
As Head of School, my role is to ensure that our vision is translated into daily practice with care and consistency. This involves maintaining high standards in teaching and learning, while fostering a culture where children feel confident to explore, ask questions, and develop a genuine love for learning. Our alignment with the Cambridge framework reflects our commitment to an education that is rigorous, balanced, and internationally recognised, while remaining responsive to the individual needs of our students.
I am proud of the dedicated teachers and staff who bring this vision to life each day through their professionalism, care, and commitment to continuous improvement. Together, we strive to create an environment where children achieve strong academic outcomes while growing into thoughtful, capable, and compassionate individuals.
We look forward to welcoming you and your family into the Kindle Kids International School community.
